• Orders over €75 receive free shipping.

• For orders under €75, a fixed shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

• Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Europe:

• Orders over €150 within the EU receive free shipping.

• For orders under €150, a fixed shipping fee of €9.90 applies.

• Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

Rest of the World:

• Orders over €250 receive free shipping.

• For orders under €250, a fixed shipping fee of €20 applies.

• Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days.

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return Procedure:

• Contact us at info@cavlicious.com to initiate your return.

• Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.

• Send the package to the following address:

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Important:

• Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Items may be tried on for size but must be unused — no dirt or dog hair should be visible.

• Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will proceed with the refund.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the returned item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
