• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day.
• Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Europe:

• Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Rest of the World:

• Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact us via info@cavlicious.com to initiate your return.
2. Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship the package to the following address: Loereveldstraat 78, 9290 Overmere, Belgium
4. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Important:

• Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Items may be tried to fit, but have to be unused: no dirt or dog hairs may be visible.
• Returns not meeting our conditions will not be accepted.

Refund:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will proceed with the refund.
• Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the returned item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
